How quickly can you fix my WordPress site?
Most single fixes are completed within 24–48 hours of receiving access. Hacked and down sites are treated as emergencies and work normally starts the same day.
What if you cannot fix the problem?

Will I lose any content or data?
No. We take a complete backup of files and database before touching anything, and risky changes are made on a staging copy first.
Is it safe to give you admin access?
Create a temporary admin user for us and delete it when the job is done. We never ask for credentials over plain email — you will get a secure one-time link — and we are happy to sign an NDA.
My site was cleaned before and got hacked again. Why?
