What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect your name, email address, website URL, the service you are interested in, your message and the page you sent it from. Our server also records standard technical information such as your IP address for security and spam prevention.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR we process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your request) and, for clients, performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Website access

When you give us access to your website or hosting, we use it only for the agreed work and recommend that you remove or change those credentials once the job is finished.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@vvtechsol.com. UK residents can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
